Erna Horn

Erna Horn, born May 1904, died 1981 (some sources state 1982), was a German author of cookery and etiquette books.
In 1932, she married Julius Arndt, a writer and publishing director. The same year, they founded "Erna Horn Verlag" and published until the 1970s.
She was also a collector of cookery books; at the time of her death, the collection comprised 2,700 books, including the first printed cookbook from 1475.
