The Hunters

The Hunters was a low-beet group that originated from the Johnny and his Cellar Rockers in Amsterdam. The first formation was Jan Akkerman (guitar), Sidney Wachtel (drums), Wilfred Arends until 1966, then Ron Bijtelaar (bass guitar) and Paul Hubert (percussion guitar). The group initially focused on the release of covers such as You were on my mind (an American hit by the We Five) and Mr. Tambourine Man by Bob Dylan.
