J.-H. Rosny aîné

J.-H. Rosny aîné was a pseudonym used by Joseph Henri Boex (born 17 February 1856 – died 11 February 1940), a Belgian-born French author who is considered one of the founding figures of modern science fiction. He wrote under various pseudonyms including: A. Darville, J. De Boriana, Enacryos, J.-H. Boèce, J.-H. Boex-Borel, and Souryâ.

In collaboration with his younger brother Séraphin Justin Boex (aka J.-H. Rosny Jeune), they used the pseudonyms: J.-H. Rosny, Jacques Soldanelle, and Henri de Noville.
