We have a genre for Pamphlets so I suppose they are ok.I am not sure about the rest, best wait for some other input into this question before submitting them.
If you mean owners manuals for things such as cars, motorbikes etc then I would endorse them but if we are talking about Ikea instructions for furniture etc, I don't think they should be allowed but I may be wrong. Hopefully, a staff member will respond to this and let us know.
The Wiki page defines Bookogs as a database for books and magazines.
User's Manuals (I would vote Safety Data Sheets as kind of Manual too) are on the "not allowed"-list:
This is a list of publications not allowed in Bookogs:
- Sticker Albums
- Phone Books
- User's Manuals

Yeah, I think there was an exception made for those at least. See for example: https://www.bookogs.com/credit/177112-owners-workshop-manual
I remember something somewhere about the exception but I can't find any forum thread about it.
All I could find was this: https://www.bookogs.com/forum/2038-manuals
But I could've sworn we had a discussion specifically about the car manuals.
Anyway, it seems that in that discussion a distinction was made between manuals published separately from the product, and the ones that come with the product.

I think that's a good way to go with this.
I think so too.
